Refund policy

In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no reason required.

To be accepted, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

DROP 01 is a limited, numbered run of 99 pieces. Once a size or colorway sells out, it cannot be restocked - exchanges depend on remaining stock at the time of your request.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of our error (defective item or item not matching the order).

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method used at purchase.

To start a return, or for any question, contact us directly on Instagram or by email at realawbrand@gmail.com - we'll be happy to help.
